If an order returns to us because of an address issue, we will contact you to verify the address and it's up to you if you want to request a resend or refund.
Here are some reasons why they would return:
- The address was incomplete
- The addressee has moved
- The tracker was damaged in transit
- Retention period at depot exceeded
Either way, we'll gladly take care of the delivery charge again to have it sent out to you.
Simply respond to the email we sent you with the details requested and the team will take care of everything from there
