In the wondrous world of the internet, there are so many updates happening all the time. First, it's your device, then it's your web browser and then there's our website at the same time.
If the website isn't showing images properly, buttons don't work as they should or it's just acting a bit strange, then here are a few suggestions which may rectify the problem for you:
1 - Refresh Cache – On some occasions, your web browser may have stored an older version of our website in its memory and you can refresh this by pressing Ctrl + F5 - (you can find additional instructions for your device from this link - http://refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ ).
2 - Switch Browser – Albeit not a guaranteed reason, on some occasions, the browser may be experiencing technical difficulties with the code on our website. Switching to an alternative browser may help resolve this problem.
3 - Switch Devices – There are currently a few devices which may not process the website as well as it does on Smartphone, Laptop or Desktop computer
4 - Restart Your Device – On many occasions, there may be an outstanding update which is preventing your device from displaying the website correctly.

Known Issues:
5-11-2018: We are currently aware of an issue with Internet Explorer on our website and would suggest using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox in the meantime until this problem is solved by our developers.
