We take any manufacturing defects very seriously, however, on rare occasions an item with a fault may slip through the net, at which point our customer service team are more than happy to spring into action and assist our customers to provide the best experience.

PS: When contacting us regarding a faulty item, it would help us greatly to include; the order number, the item with the issue and also a description of the issue. Feel free to attach a photo of the faulty item to speed up the process.
