Our pickers and packers use an automated system that simply takes them directly to your item's last location to pack into your box of goodies and before parcels are sent, they are all checked one last time.
On rare occasions, an item may have been placed within the wrong section within the warehouse and is not noticed by our checkers due to human error. We would class an error like this as a wrong colour, a wrong size on the labels or a completely different item.
