Kindly send the items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order via any trackable courier service you choose. Remember to keep the courier receipt with tracking and weight for future reference.
It’s important to note that you’ll need to cover the cost to send items back to us if they do not suit your requirements so please shop around for the best courier that suits your budget. This includes, and is not limited to, items that do not fit, not suitable, selected the wrong item, incorrect sizing, not the same as on the website or more than 1 item ordered.
*Please note that we do not accept returns on any underwear, swimwear, cosmetics or earrings at any time due to hygiene reasons.
Once the tracking provided by your courier has confirmed delivery of the parcel, returns are generally processed by our returns team within 3 to 7 working days and you'll always get an email update from us once the return/s have been processed by the returns team.
