If the courier has marked your order as delivered and you haven't received the order, there is a high possibility that the order has been delivered to a safe place on the property, a member of your household or to one of your neighbours.
On rare occasions, the courier may have no longer had a trademarked calling card to notify you where the parcel has been delivered to so it's always best to check with your immediate neighbours.
We've also had times when the courier had accidentally marked it as delivered when they're actually returning it to the depot for collection if you were out so it's always best to allow 24 hours before getting in touch.
My order still hasn't turned up
If you are still unable to locate your parcel after 24 hours, then please submit a request via the contact us form and select Delivery > Where is my order? from the Main Topic and sub-topic drop-down lists respectively.
