All successful orders will have an order confirmation sent to the email address given at checkout, provided typos haven't been made. There may be occasions when it's filtered into the spam/trash folder and if this happens, then mark us as a safe sender to ensure you get important order updates in the future.
If a payment fails or takes longer than expected and you don't receive an order confirmation by the end of the next working day, then the funds will be released back to your account within a few working days and the order will appear as Cancelled in your order history.
