Whether you've reached out to us on Social Media, through our Contact Us page or via direct email, our Help Centre allows you to view all your tickets in one convenient place. It's a great way to keep track of your enquiries instead of having to go through all your emails to find that one email you sent 2 months ago.
*Please note that the profile created in the Help Centre will not be associated with any accounts held on the main site.
Our Help Centre automatically creates a unique profile with each new enquiry and all you need to do is request a password (see image below) to get the ball rolling. Click here to sign in.
Once you've signed in to your account, click/tap on the profile icon (1) and then proceed to My Activities (2).
You can now view your all tickets linked to your email address.
Email/Contact Form Replies
Whenever we receive/update your ticket, you'll always get an email to confirm that we've either received your fresh enquiry or we have an update for you.
The email will have a summary of all comments on the ticket and a ticket number which links to the ticket in your Help Centre account.

Simply click/tap the ticket number to be directed to our Help Centre login page and if you've not signed in before (with the same email address), click on Get a password when the login window pops up and enter the email address you used for the ticket.
An email will be sent shortly after and all that's left to do is click on the verification link provided in the email.
Et voila! You can now view/update/create tickets in your Help Centre profile as well as update your contact details.
